More awards success for OxleyCare and this time we have 3 finalists in The Great British Care Awards 2020.  Kehinde James has been with OxleyCare since 2012 and is a finalist in the Home Care Worker Award category.  Kehinde, amongst her many attributes, is recognised for her ability to balance help with the need for independence and to care without over caring.  Her intuition, flexibility and awareness make her an exceptional carer.  During the national lockdown earlier in the year Kehinde led a Zoom support group for carers who might feel isolated.

Our Care Coordinator, Clair Jones, is a finalist in the Home Care Coordinator category.  Clair has outstanding interpersonal and communications skills which help her to build strong relationships with our carers, HQ staff and clients centred on trust.  Clair has first-hand experience of being a carer which is invaluable in her role.

Our Operations Manager and Registered Manager, Sioban Stoner, is a finalist in the Registered Home Care Manager category.  Sioban joined OxleyCare 8 years ago and has been in this role for the last 7.  This is great recognition for someone who wears many hats and must be up to date with compliance and legislation whist running the HQ team and overseeing the smooth functioning of care.
