Here for you
How we can help
One of the types of care that we offer at OxleyCare is companion (companionship) care. This could be particularly appropriate for you if you have uncomplicated needs, but you are having feelings of loneliness and isolation. Sadly, this is quite common, particularly for people who have suffered a bereavement of a life-long partner, and more than a million people in England today live lives which are described as chronically lonely.
Our live-in carers at OxleyCare are not only professional and capable but also compassionate and thoughtful and are able to be there to provide you with companionship and support. Our carers can help with all the normal household tasks such as shopping, cooking, light cleaning and driving you to and from appointments, activities and outings. In short, helping you to lead a fulfilling and social life.
Providing companionship
Enriching your day-to-day
Our companion (companionship) carers are there to help lift the burden of your daily tasks so that you can confidently continue to be out and about pursuing your hobbies and continuing your friendships.
The aim of our companionship services is to ensure that you or your loved ones can continue leading happy, healthy and stimulating lives in the comfort of your own home or residence. This is because we know that losing one’s independence and suffering acute loneliness can have a serious effect on your health and well-being.
With family members often living far away an OxleyCare live-in carer can become one of your trusted friends that helps you live life to the full.
If you feel that you are starting to slow down and need some help and that you could really do with having a supportive, caring live-in companion then please give us a call.
