Sioban is an experienced nurse and manager and has been with OxleyCare for 8 years; the last 7 as Operations Manager. With many hats to wear Sioban is often a new client’s first point of contact within the company and ensures the smooth running of the company, that compliance and standards are maintained as well as leading and managing the HQ team.
Sioban has previously worked in Intensive Care Units in England and Australia and for Moore Wilson prior to joining OxleyCare in 2012 and is qualified in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
The perfect combination of medical and managerial expertise places Sioban in extremely high regard by all connected with OxleyCare.
Anita has been the Training and Compliance Officer at OxleyCare for 6 years. She trained at Salisbury School of Nursing and qualified as a State Registered Nurse in 1973 and is qualified in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
Anita has gained a wealth of experience nursing in both the NHS and private sectors as a Senior Scrub Nurse, Nurse Tutor and Assessor and managing a traumatic brain injury rehabilitation unit.
Clair has been OxleyCare’s Care Co-ordinator since 2017 and has a further 7 years' experience in the role.
After returning from some years overseas Clair became a domiciliary carer, and a field care supervisor in the community. This experience uniquely places her to coordinate OxleyCare’s busy rota.
Diane worked in central London for a well-known high street bank, gaining experience working in various branches and finally in one of their Business Development Departments. Diane worked and lived abroad for several years.
After returning to the UK, Diane began working for OxleyCare in 2014 in an administration role. She efficiently facilitates the smooth running of the HQ office supporting the team and carers.
Elaine has been with Valerie and OxleyCare since its formation 20 years ago. She is responsible for providing book-keeping and management accounting services as well as supervising the in-house payroll administrator.
Elaine’s business knowledge, managerial experience and accounting expertise led to her increasing involvement in OxleyCare. She is now the Finance Officer and a Senior Manager within the company.
Jack has joined OxleyCare as our Standards and Compliance Manager. Jack has been a support worker within health and social care across a variety of environments including domiciliary, residential, supported living and secure dementia units. Jack brings a wealth of management oversight and hands-on care knowledge and experience with him.
Jane has been OxleyCare’s Care Manager for over 9 years. Her career as a nurse delivering care, in the pharmaceutical industry and as a Nursing Officer serving in the British Army brings enormous expertise and experience to the role.
Jane is OxleyCare’s dementia champion, qualified in Leadership for Health and Social Care and a Registered General and Paediatric Nurse.
Lucy joined OxleyCare in 2020 as Marketing Executive. Lucy has worked in similar marketing and communications roles for the last 6 years and previously served a short service commission in the Royal Artillery before re-roling as a proofreader, copywriter and content writer.
Lucy is managing the company re-brand and giving OxleyCare a more prominent digital presence.
Nicole is OxleyCare’s Administration and Payroll Assistant and hails from Florida, relocating to England in 2011. She has a wealth of experience in the commercial and personal banking world and was previously an Assistant Manager.
Nicole facilitates the payroll as well as assisting with health and safety and compliance at OxleyCare.
