Communication is paramount to the success of live-in care. All communication channels need to be wide open and responsive. As our Registered Manager says,” Communication is the glue that holds live-in care together. The more communication we have, the safer and more responsive the care.’ The flow of information between carer, client, and HQ staff is what we excel at and creates a feeling of a team within the company.
Being proactive, added to our responsiveness, applies not only to communicate but also to our approach to client care and caring for our wonderful carers. Regular care reviews and continuity of care are part of our (COVID-19 safe and currently virtual) open-door policy. Our live-in care is fully managed and a member of our nurse-led management team is on call 24/7; we are fully compliant and CQC registered.
