Our carers are a vital and integral part of our team; we could not offer the high standards of care we do without them. Throughout the last 6 months we have expanded the package available to our live-in carers in many ways. OxleyCare’s employment model offers:

The inaugural treat box was awarded to the fabulous Ana Maria Carrinho. Ana rapidly responded to emerging situations and has assisted the Company at short notice twice recently.
