OxleyCare has bought a 3 bedroomed property in Andover in order that our carers can rest, recuperate, isolate or quarantine if necessary.  This has made a huge difference to many of our team of carers because they have somewhere to go if traveling from afar before continuing on to clients.

The mid-terrace house is in a quiet, well-maintained Close in Charlton on the fringe of the town of Andover.  It is close to a small Tesco and within half a mile of Andover railway station.  There are wonderful countryside walks to be enjoyed locally.

The house consists of a kitchen/diner, a conservatory which has underfloor heating, sitting room, downstairs loo, a bathroom with bath and shower and 3 bedrooms.  The house is painted in neutral colours and is a lovely place to relax.  As one of our lovely carers Rosyln said,

‘It’s so great here. It’s an adorable house with really sociable spaces. Love the kitchen. I was alone the first night, which I really needed. Then a lovely carer from SA joined me yesterday and just hearing her accent is music to my ears! It’s in a quiet location and a mile from the station, so walkable for me, which is convenient.
OxleyCare has really made sure there is everything one might need, from bedding to towels to detergents. Even food! They have gone above and beyond to look after their carers. And the charge is so reasonable. It makes me happy to have somewhere like this to book into when at a loose end.’
