We are a small friendly family run live-in care agency based on the Hampshire/Wiltshire border that believes in delivering excellent home care. Looking after the elderly is what we do. We are here to help
All our clients are assessed “face-to-face” and our carers are interviewed by us, and DBS checks are carried out before any carer is placed. The clients and carers are monitored regularly to ensure our high standard of care is consistent and that records are kept up to date.
In these demanding and challenging times, we remain committed to the health and wellbeing of our clients and 22 years on our bespoke ethos remains the same. Care is what we do and what we do exceptionally well.

Meet the team
Susannah is Valerie’s daughter and has joined OxleyCare to assist with the communication and development of the company moving forward. She has worked for many years in the media industry and more recently in education.
Jack is our Registered Manager.
Jack has worked in a variety of care settings such as domiciliary, residential, supported living and secure dementia units within the health and social care industry. Jack brings a wealth management experience, operations oversight, and hands-on care knowledge to our Head Office team.
Elaine has been with OxleyCare since its formation 22 years ago. She is responsible for providing book-keeping and management accounting services as well as supervising our in-house Finance & Payroll Administrator. She has a wealth of experience in the care industry.
Clair has been with OxleyCare since 2017 and has recently been promoted to Care Manager after 5 highly successful years as our Care Coordinator. Her experience at OxleyCare and before as a domiciliary carer gives her a wealth of experience to help support both our clients and carers.
Finance and Payroll Administrator
Nicole is OxleyCare’s Finance and Payroll Administrator and hails from Florida, relocating to England in 2011. She has a wealth of experience in the commercial and personal banking world and was previously an Assistant Manager.
Nicole facilitates the payroll and works alongside Elaine in our finance department.
Diane worked in central London for many years for a well-known high street bank before moving abroad for several years. On her return, Diane began working for OxleyCare in 2014 in an administration role. She efficiently facilitates the smooth running of the Head Office whilst supporting the team, clients and carers.
Moving and Handling trainer, and Administration of Medicine Assessor
Rachel joined OxleyCare in November 2020. She is an experienced Nurse having qualified as a Registered General Nurse and subsequently as an Registered Sick Children’s Nurse. She has worked extensively in both care homes and hospitals throughout her career.
