We were inspected on December 22nd 2008 by The Commission for Social Care Inspection. We were rated as providing a 3 Star Excellent Service - the highest possible award. This was confirmed by the Care Quality Commission in January 2010.

This is a standard that we intend to adhere to so we expect our carers to be highly professional, compassionate - and willing to 'go the extra mile'. If this describes you - join us - we will welcome you whole-heartedly.

 We expect any carer who is invited to join OxleyCare to be able to work to a very high standard. We offer excellent salaries, training, and 24-hour support. Our minimum daily pay is £70.00.  This is increased proportionately for those who have appropriate qualifications and for those undertaking care of clients with more complex needs. We also increase the daily fee for everyone working between December 14 and January 4th in addition to the double pay for the holidays.

Every carer is supplied with the OxleyCare Handbook which provides guidance on most aspects of care. Our 24 hour helpline offers support and advice. We really care for our carers and many stay with us for years and recommend their friends.

We need carers who have a current driving licence and who can cook good food from fresh ingredients.

All our carers must be able to speak and write English excellently and must provide original documents to prove that they have the right to live and work in the UK.

If you are invited for an interview, you will be required to bring with you the following items:

• Passport
• Evidence of your right to live and work in the UK
• National Insurance Number
• Driving Licence
• Copy of your Birth Certificate
• Copy of your Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
• Bank or Building Society details and a recent statement.
• Two recent Passport Photographs
• The names of two contactable referees.
