Our Promise to you is - Care without Compromise
To maintain these ideals we follow established procedures which apply from our initial contact through our continuing relationship.
- One of our qualified assessors will visit you at your home to assess your needs. A suitable carer will then be assigned to you. All our carers are competent drivers and cooks.
- We make regular visits to monitor progress and address any problems you may have.
- We are pleased to carry out a taped inventory of valuable items in your home if required. This ensures peace of mind and trust.
- OxleyCare takes out two references for each carer. Both verbal and written references are sought.
- We take instructions from your GP or Consultant. Any medication administered is carefully recorded, timed, dated and signed.
- The 24 hour Helpline and Continuity of Care relieves the stress of continual changeover of personnel. A member of the management team is always on call.
- We insist on weekly reports from the duty carer, and any change in the client's needs is acted upon and recorded in the Care Plan.
Prior to engagement by OxleyCare, carers are all personally interviewed by our staff. Each carer is fully screened through the Criminal Records Bureau in the U.K.
